Hi, I’m Valerie, the maker behind Seaside Embers Candle Co.

Based in Gainesville, Georgia, I create small-batch candles in vessels I pour and finish by hand. From the concrete exterior to the fragrance inside, I’m involved in every step. The natural variations in color and swirl give each vessel its own character.

My style brings together coastal inspiration, soft colors, and natural textures. I want my candles to be something you enjoy having in your home, both for their fragrance and their design.

The Meaning Behind the Name

Being beside the ocean is my happy place. I also love sitting around a campfire, watching the little glowing embers rise and slowly dim as they float away.

Those two moments inspired Seaside Embers—a name that brings together the calm of the coast and the warmth of a fire.

Handmade for Your Home

Our Harbor Stone Collection pairs handmade concrete vessels with a coconut and soy wax blend and wood wicks that offer a gentle crackle. Fragrances range from fresh coastal scents and earthy woods to warm, comforting seasonal favorites.

Each vessel is made to be enjoyed beyond the candle. Once the wax is gone and the jar is cleaned, it can become a desk organizer, a holder for small treasures, or a decorative piece.
